According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Bloomberg, the New York Stock Exchange is exploring the use of blockchain technology for the instant settlement and 24/7 trading of tokenized U.S. stocks and ETF. It has also signed a memorandum of understanding with blockchain.com to provide users with a 24/7 trading channel for tokenized U.S. stocks and ETF. However, these plans still require regulatory approval.
