He pointed out that the risk of public key exposure is widespread in xpub, devices, PSBT, logs, or backups, and that the public key is made visible whenever a BTC transaction is initiated. Attacks on secp256k1 could be completed within 9 minutes using high-speed quantum computers, therefore Bitcoin needs to migrate to post-quantum cryptography.
