According to CoinMeta, as reported by the website "Politikus Europe" on September 27th, the European Union is considering formulating specialized "roadmaps" for Montenegro, Ukraine, Moldova, and Albania in order to accelerate their accession process to the EU. This would be the first time that the EU has considered providing these countries, which are regarded as being "closest to joining the EU," with a more clear path to membership.
