Aztec Labs: zk.money Wallet Returns to Ethereum, Supporting Private Payments
2026-09-30 00:01:14
CoinMeta Data: Privacy-focused developer Aztec Labs announces that its zk.money wallet is returning to Ethereum after three years. Users can make payments through regular Ethereum wallets while keeping the payment amount and recipient hidden. Users can deposit stablecoins pegged to the US dollar, such as DAI, USDC, and USDT. USDC and USDT will be converted to DAI upon entry, and zk.money uses only DAI as its internal currency. This wallet allows users to request payments via links or readable names (such as bob.zk.money) without having to copy long wallet addresses. Aztec Labs indicates that the wallet is self-managed, and operators cannot dispose of or freeze the funds within it. Each deposit, payment, and withdrawal must be less than $2,500, and all users share a daily deposit limit of $50,000.
