CoinMeta US stock news: Tesla (TSLA) has today received approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to allow retail shareholders to register automated voting instructions to vote at each meeting according to the recommendations of Tesla's board of directors, until such instructions are revoked. Tesla has not yet scheduled its 2026 annual meeting, and the SpaceX merger that Elon Musk has continuously hinted at may enable him to receive a large portion of his $1 billion compensation package without having to meet any operational targets.
