2026-09-30 05:18:05
CoinMeta US stock data: The global market and the S&P Dow Jones Index are exploring the possibility of bringing options contracts onto the blockchain, and based on their long-term licensing partnership, they plan to launch tokenized options contracts. The two companies announced on Monday that they have renewed their exclusive licensing agreement until 2051, retaining the right to provide S&P 500 index options. In 2025, the options market reached a trading volume of 970.6 million contracts. The stock price rose by more than 6% after the announcement. This collaboration marks the integration of traditional finance with blockchain infrastructure, although tokenization is still in the exploratory stage.
