According to CoinMeta, Liao Min, the Vice Minister of Finance, led a delegation to attend the 25th Ministerial Meeting of the Central Asian Regional Economic Cooperation Mechanism held in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, on September 29, 2026, and delivered a speech. He stated that since the establishment of the mechanism 25 years ago, significant achievements have been made in promoting regional cooperation and fostering common development. China is willing to leverage its industrial advantages to deepen regional connectivity with member countries, consolidate and expand cooperation in key areas, promote the development of digitalization and artificial intelligence, and strengthen the coordination between this mechanism and the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative, and the Global Governance Initiative, in order to achieve more practical results in carec cooperation. Liao Min pointed out that China's economy has been operating steadily this year, with an economic growth rate of 4.7% in the first half of the year, demonstrating strong resilience and vitality. China is confident, capable, and well-equipped to maintain stable and healthy economic development and to achieve a good start to the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
