According to CoinMeta, Qatar Energy Company plans to sell “Shahin” crude oil via ship-to-ship transfer outside the Strait of Hormuz in early December. The company has issued a tender, and sources say another loading arrangement has also been provided, allowing buyers to pick up the goods in Qatar through a “delivery on board” method in mid-to-late November. The tender will close on Wednesday.
