JPMorgan Chase: The merger momentum between SpaceX and Tesla is strengthening
2026-10-21 19:00:17
According to CoinMeta, JPMorgan Chase stated that the merger between SpaceX ($SPCX) and Tesla ($TSLA) is gaining momentum. JPMorgan believes that it is strategically sound for both companies to establish a special committee to explore the merger. The bank pointed out that the shared artificial intelligence infrastructure, engineering talent, and chip development between the two companies, as well as the $2 trillion valuation reported by SpaceX, are all favorable factors for the merger. JPMorgan expects that a all-stock transaction led by SpaceX could occur, bringing a 30% to 35% premium to Tesla. The key point is that the merger could integrate Musk's artificial intelligence ecosystem under one company, but no transaction has been announced yet.
