According to CoinMeta, the hacker group CyberCartel utilized Anthropic and SpaceX among other large model-driven AI agents to launch automated attacks on over 400 financial institutions in Latin America. The AI agents used by this group were capable of autonomously stealing passwords, customer data, and gaining access to bank accounts.
