According to CoinMeta, eight departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Enhancing Industrial Basic Capabilities," which proposes to accelerate the application of artificial intelligence in all aspects of product research and development, design simulation, pilot testing, and production operations, thereby promoting innovation in industrial foundations through AI. The plan emphasizes strengthening the research and development of general and industry-specific large models in the field of industrial foundations, facilitating the integration of industrial mechanisms with intelligent agent decision-making models, developing intelligent native basic products, fostering new business models such as "model as a service" and "agent as a service," and enhancing the level of intelligence in process management, analysis and prediction, and decision execution, in order to accelerate the iteration of industrial foundation innovation.
