According to Bloomberg, this funding will help SpaceX purchase NVIDIA chips. The agreement is structured as private bonds issued by an independent entity and is not included in SpaceX's balance sheet. It is expected to be completed before the end of the year, with the lease starting in the first half of 2027, and the interest rate has not yet been determined.
