According to CoinMeta, Broadcom (AVGO.O) and (Anthropic) have finally finalized a $63 billion debt deal to finance artificial intelligence infrastructure. Broadcom (CEO) spent nearly two months attempting to get banks to commit to funding the largest artificial intelligence debt deal in history, amounting to over $40 billion. The purpose of this deal is for (Anthropic) to lease specialized chips that Broadcom is jointly developing with Google. Although (Anthropic) is the main beneficiary of this deal, the startup still needs the help of its larger business partner to raise funds. (Anthropic) and Broadcom are trying to complete the deal before the highly anticipated (IPO) application. As the supplier of (Anthropic) chips, Broadcom is at the center of the action. With its excellent credit rating, Broadcom has agreed to provide partial financial guarantees, giving banks more confidence in the significant risks associated with the loan of over $40 billion. However, sources familiar with the matter say that in recent weeks, some banks have become increasingly anxious about participating in this deal, which is known as the "Polaris Project."
