According to CoinMeta, Indian cryptocurrency exchange Coindcx has issued a security warning stating that phishing attacks targeting its users have recently occurred. Attackers impersonate official notifications and emails to induce users to click on external links, connect to wallets, or enter account information. Coindcx mentioned that other exchanges have also reported similar incidents, and they are currently working together to conduct investigations. The officials emphasized that they will never request users to provide private keys, mnemonics, or one-time verification codes, nor will they send links asking users to withdraw funds.
