According to CoinMeta, on the 27th, South Korean National Assembly Speaker Cho Jung-shik met with the British Ambassador to South Korea, Colin Crooks, in the National Assembly. The two sides discussed the future industrial development of their countries as well as plans for parliamentary exchanges and cooperation. Cho Jung-shik expressed his hope that the FTA agreement ( FTA ) reached last year would come into effect as soon as possible, and looked forward to close cooperation between the two countries in future industries such as artificial intelligence and offshore wind power. Crooks responded that both sides expect to sign the free trade agreement within the next one or two months of this year, and hopes that after the agreement is submitted to the South Korean National Assembly, it will be processed swiftly.
