According to CoinMeta, Musk announced that SpaceX has completed a $40 billion GPU debt transaction and plans to purchase graphics processing units (GPU) to enhance its computing infrastructure. Musk stated that most of the financing involves callable debt, and the equipment will arrive in the next two quarters. He added that these purchases will not have a significant impact on the current quarter. This announcement follows earlier reports on negotiations with banks and asset management companies, which focused on NVIDIA chips used for SpaceX computing operations. According to S&P P Global's rating, SpaceX has received an investment-grade credit rating from BBB, and it is expected to expand financing channels for institutional investors.
