CoinMeta data: Chainalysis released a report stating that from July 2025 to June 2026, the scale of crypto asset activities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) increased by 32% year-on-year to $104.8 billion, making it the second-largest crypto market in the Middle East and North Africa region. During the same period, the overall scale of the region decreased by 1.4%; however, if the UAE is excluded, the decline in other markets reached 8.6%. Capital inflows into centralized exchanges in the UAE increased by 22% to $55 billion, while capital inflows into institutional platforms grew by 75% to $11.7 billion. Decentralized exchanges saw capital inflows exceeding $31 billion. The report suggests that the UAE's crypto regulatory and licensing framework has attracted a large amount of institutional capital and crypto companies, supporting the growth of the local market.
