Unilever warns: The war in Iran is driving up costs, and prices will rise further in the future
2026-10-28 18:42:52
According to CoinMeta, Unilever stated on Wednesday that it expects the increase in product prices in the fourth quarter and next year to further expand. As costs related to the Iran war continue to accumulate, the company is taking concerted action with other consumer goods manufacturers to pass on the pressure of rising costs to consumers. Large corporations including Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Nestle, and Reckitt Benckiser have all warned that they may raise product prices further next year to offset the impact of the war launched by the United States and Israel against Iran at the end of February.
