According to CoinMeta, as cited by Beincrypto from the Coinbase third-quarter SEC report, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong, co-founder Fred Ehrsam, and president Emilie Choi have each formulated a plan to sell Rule 10B5-1 shares. In total, they intend to sell approximately 13.6 million Coinbase shares, which, based on the closing price on October 29th, are valued at around $2.2 billion. Among these, Armstrong plans to sell up to about 8.17 million shares between November 16, 2026, and October 2027. The sales will only be executed when the stock price reaches a predetermined threshold, and the reduction in holdings has not yet been completed.
