According to CoinMeta, Circle has announced that it will reduce the CCTP v1 destruction limits starting from October 31, 2026, and will suspend related contracts on December 1. The new version of CCTP is not backward compatible, so applications need to be updated for integration. In addition, Circle plans to suspend the Noble chain USDC contracts and remaining cross-chain routes on January 12, 2027. Holders are required to transfer their assets before that date, and Circle will initiate manual redemptions starting from January 13.
