According to CoinMeta, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Khamenei stated that the countries of the “Tubasha” region jointly signed the Mecca agreement, but they did not visit Tehran as members of the agreement. They came as three major regional countries seeking to conduct consultations with Iran. Ali Khamenei considered this a very good start, with a positive and constructive attitude, and agreed to continue these negotiations among the four countries at different levels.
