According to CoinMeta, Thorchain experienced an incorrect payment of 10 ETH due to an Ethereum single-block reorganization. The automatic solvency check mechanism was triggered, and ETH exchanges were paused. Subsequently, node operators suspended ETH transaction signatures and all related chain transactions. Currently, the 10 ETH have been voluntarily returned by users, and the treasury has regained its solvency.
