According to CoinMeta, the United States has extended a hand of negotiation to Iran and is consulting with multiple countries regarding the situation. Donald Blum, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Near East Affairs, stated at the Manama Dialogue on November 1 that the U.S. is prepared to take other courses of action and is in consultations with allies in the region. Anwar Gargash, the UAE's Presidential Foreign Affairs Advisor, emphasized that Gulf countries prefer to resolve this long-standing crisis through diplomatic and political means, and warned that the region is being drawn into conflict. He also noted that the positions of Iran and the United States are far apart and that regional countries must be concerned about the possibility of the worst-case scenario occurring, calling for a diplomatic breakthrough to prevent the situation from escalating.
