According to CoinMeta, CFTC has approved perpetual contracts linked to US stocks, which are expected to be listed on four exchanges that had previously submitted relevant applications. These four exchanges are Kalshi, Coinbase, Kraken, and Crypto.com. All of these exchanges are registered with CFTC and possess the qualifications to operate a designated contract market, with transactions being cleared through registered derivatives clearing organizations. In addition, Bankless founder David Hoffman stated that Lighter has decided to submit an application to CFTC this month, potentially becoming the fifth exchange to offer these decentralized contract services, and also the only one of its kind.
