According to CoinMeta, the 2026 Enterprise AI report released by OneMillion.AI shows that as of September this year, the global enterprise AI deployment market's annualized expenditure reached $176.8 billion, which is 5.4 times that of $33 billion last year. The proportion of paying enterprises increased from 55% to 65%, and the average AI expenditure rose to 4.7 times that of last year, while the initial budget only planned for an increase of 1.9 times. AI and agent have driven the increase in expenditure; in the past, these were mainly initiated by employees, but now agent allows for continuous task execution and parallel invocation of multiple models. OpenRouter data indicates that agent contributes to 80% of the token consumption. Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google together account for 69% of enterprise AI expenditure. Looking at large models alone, the API expenditure share increased from 40% to 55%, OpenAI from 27% to 31%, and Google decreased to 9%. In the AI programming tools market, Claude Code and Codex together account for 70% of the expenditure.
