According to CoinMeta, five departments have issued a notice on the "Implementation of a Comprehensive Energy Conservation Strategy Action Plan," aiming to achieve energy savings of over 150 million tons of standard coal by 2030 through energy-saving and carbon reduction renovations in key industries. The plan focuses on sectors such as steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, chemicals, and building materials, proposing "one policy for each industry" to carry out energy-saving and carbon reduction renovations and continuously improve energy efficiency levels. It also aims to actively promote energy-saving and carbon reduction renovations in existing buildings, facilitate the large-scale development of ultra-low energy-consuming buildings, promote the use of energy-efficient and low-carbon transportation tools, reasonably optimize vehicle energy consumption limits, and vigorously develop new energy heavy trucks and green fuel ships.
