According to CoinMeta, based on CryptoQuant data, from November 1st to 2nd, Binance users withdrew a total of 25,793 BTC, exceeding the 18,270 that were stolen by hackers. This represents the largest single-day capital outflow in BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC so far this year. By November 3rd, ETH, USDT, and USDC had once again turned to net inflows, and the trend of capital outflows began to weaken.
