According to CoinMeta, Apple ( AAPL ) has entered the investment-grade bond market for financing again after more than a year, planning to issue seven tranches of bonds with maturities ranging from 2 to 10 years. Sources revealed that the initial price guidance for the longest-maturity bonds has a yield spread of 0.8 percentage points higher than that of U.S. Treasury bonds. Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Group, and JPMorgan Chase are responsible for this transaction. The funds raised from this bond issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including stock repurchases, dividend payments, and capital expenditures. Apple's last bond issuance was in May 2025, when it raised $4.5 billion through four tranches of bonds.
