According to CoinMeta, from the information of the 15th China International Patent Technology and Products Fair, the National Intellectual Property Administration has deeply implemented a three-year special action for the transformation and utilization of patents, focusing on making the mechanism for patent transformation and utilization more systematic, regular, and sustainable, achieving significant results. In the first three quarters of this year, the number of patent transfers and licenses recorded nationwide reached 496,000 times, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%. Among these, universities and research institutes saw a year-on-year increase of 20.3%. The total import and export value of intellectual property royalties in China reached 331.59 billion yuan, continuing to maintain stable growth. In the "2026 Global Innovation Index Report" released by the World Intellectual Property Organization, China ranked among the top ten globally for the second consecutive year, and for the fourth consecutive year, it led all countries in the number of top 100 global innovation clusters.
