According to CoinMeta, and as reported by foreign media, due to Trump's party's defeat in the mid-term elections and market expectations of a potential de-escalation of the Iran conflict, oil prices are expected to fall significantly this week. Brent crude oil futures are anticipated to decline by 12% this week, while WTI crude oil futures are expected to fall by 12.1% as well. However, concerns about supply in the Middle East region triggered by the conflict still provide support for oil prices. On Friday, both US and Brent oil futures recorded gains. ANZ Bank noted that traders believed the selling pressure on Wednesday was excessive, which led to a rebound in crude oil prices.
