According to CoinMeta, China Mobile officially launched an intelligent network at the 2026 Mobile Network Conference. This intelligent network is a networked artificial intelligence infrastructure that is built in collaboration with communication networks and computing power networks. Serving as the "switches" and "routers" of intelligent elements, China Mobile's intelligent network will effectively support higher-level intelligent applications to be more ubiquitous, inclusive, agile, efficient, secure, and reliable. In terms of production, China Mobile has created a "Xinhe" heterogeneous hyper-convergence platform that enables cross-architecture migration and deployment optimization of mainstream models on over a dozen types of domestic chips. Regarding distribution, they have introduced a model service platform and inference computing power network, which results in higher efficiency and better performance per computing card. In terms of application, they have innovated a credible service mechanism (including trust, as, and service) to build an open ecosystem.
