According to CoinMeta, NVIDIA has completed the payment of a $1 billion investment in Naver and obtained a 4.13% stake in Naver through a third-party rights issue. Naver issued over 6.5 million shares privately, raising approximately 1.3 trillion Korean won. This investment will accelerate the AI factory cooperation project announced by both parties in June this year. Naver plans to start with the Gak Sejong data center in Sejong City to build infrastructure based on GPU and expand GPU-as-a-service business.
