According to CoinMeta, Catherine Cas-sel, the High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union, stated that it is currently impossible to determine when or how Ukraine and Russia will reach a peace agreement, but the implementation of any such agreement will require the participation of the EU. She also pointed out that Europe already has a security framework in place, within which NATO and the EU each play their roles, and it is essential to ensure that Ukraine integrates into this framework.
