According to CoinMeta, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy stated in an interview with CNN that all parties should first discuss how to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and then clarify the security guarantees that Ukraine can obtain. On this basis, they can proceed to discuss the security architecture between Europe and Russia. He pointed out that after the U.S. mid-term elections, the Democratic Party won control of both houses of Congress, and the support of both parties in the United States is very important for Ukraine, and he hopes that this support will further increase. Zelenskyy also said that Ukraine is willing to hold meetings with Russia in the United States, Europe, or the Middle East, but will not go to Moscow.
