According to CoinMeta, Fidelity, the Global Macro Director Jurrien Timmer, stated that despite both Bitcoin and gold facing selling pressure, he is still more optimistic about Bitcoin. In a recent social media post, he pointed out that although both have experienced sell-offs, Bitcoin's relative price performance has been better. He mentioned that Bitcoin and gold have seen an increased correlation with traditional stock markets in recent weeks and have both joined the market's risk-aversion trend. Timmer also noted that based on Bitcoin's momentum pattern, a new four-year cycle of bull market may be forming. Currently, the crypto market is showing mixed performance; Bitcoin's price has fallen slightly by 0.08% in the past 24 hours, currently at $75,904.
