According to CoinMeta, and as reported by Reuters, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian stated on Sunday that European countries will participate in talks regarding Ukraine to be held in Abu Dhabi next week. In an interview with a French radio station, Le Drian said, "European countries will send strong delegations, and France will also go to Abu Dhabi to participate in these discussions." He added, "I am not yet able to reveal who will represent France at this time, but France will definitely send representatives." U.S. Special Envoy Kurt Volker stated on Monday that Washington will convene delegations from Ukraine and Russia in Abu Dhabi from November 10th to 11th to discuss ending Moscow's military actions against Ukraine, post-war security agreements, and measures to ease the situation.
