However, he also emphasized that if an attack is ordered, the U.S. military is ready to act in that region. Trump mentioned that three aircraft carriers are in position and fully combat-ready at any time. The U.S. has identified 38 infrastructure targets in Iran, such as bridges and power plants, which could be destroyed within "an hour." Nevertheless, he expressed a preference for avoiding the destruction of these facilities, noting that "reconstruction would take 10 years, and bridges are the most difficult to build, and I am an excellent builder." Regarding Iran's ability to withstand a new round of U.S. attacks, Trump claimed that Iran's air defense system has been destroyed. He said that the Iranian regime currently retains only about 10% of its original missile capability and 15% of its drone capabilities.
