Concept Data is a technology consulting, hosting services, and business communications provider based in Adelaide. The company achieved record revenue and growth in its most recent fiscal year. Over the past decade, it has expanded from its traditional IT business to include cybersecurity, compliance, AI empowerment, private cloud, and consulting services.

According to the cooperation model of Lyra, Concept Data and Voice Select will continue to operate independently in Adelaide under their existing brands. CEO Gary Paradise and the current team will remain in their positions.

Paradise indicates that 'through this collaboration, we are able to maintain the key elements of business success while gaining stronger resources, more profound expertise, and broader support from the technical community of enterprises. For both our customers and team, the business will remain largely unchanged, while at the same time, we will have the opportunity to expand our capabilities and jointly build a stronger future.'

With their deep expertise in medical customer service, the team has brought valuable industry knowledge to the group and further strengthened our presence in South Australia.
