Capital ("H.I.G.") indicates that, as a globally leading alternative investment firm managing assets worth $75 billion, one of its subsidiaries has acquired Torque Holdings Limited ("Torque" or "the Company"). Torque is a leading full-channel fulfillment service provider in the UK. The transaction was completed in collaboration with the management team of Torque, which will continue to lead the company.
