On October 1st, according to a post by technology media MacRumors yesterday (September 30th), Apple will invite users to update to the latest version 1.12.0 of Invites, with a focus on optimizing event invitations, photo sharing, and verification processes.

IT Note: Apple Invites is an event invitation application launched by Apple, used for creating and managing birthday parties, baby welcome parties, and other events.

This update has upgraded the shared album feature to now support sharing of photos in full resolution. Users can view high-definition details within the app, and anyone who receives the link can join in and upload photos, including users who do not possess a Apple device.

The new version also expands the features of Tu Le Yuan ( Image Playground ), adding the capability to generate backgrounds with photo-realistic quality. Users can choose from almost any style to create high-quality backgrounds, making the invitation cards more in line with the theme and atmosphere of the event.

Invites 1.12.0 has further simplified the email verification process; guests no longer need to enter a verification code. Users who need to verify their email simply need to click on the link in their inbox to quickly join the event, lowering the entry barrier.

This update also includes bug fixes and performance improvements. To use the service, organizers need to subscribe to iCloud + Plan, which starts at 50GB with a monthly fee of $0.99 (approximately 6.7 RMB at current exchange rates); however, recipients can join for free by responding to the link on any device.
