San Francisco, October 1st / PRNewswire / -- EvaSpeaks Today, we announce the launch of our omnichannel AI agency platform, aimed at transforming customer intentions into qualified opportunities and business actions.

When a conversation remains at just one message and does not progress to the next step, the customer's interest loses its value. EvaSpeaks helps businesses take immediate action while this interest is still fresh.

In telephone and website conversations, the agents of EvaSpeaks use knowledge approved by the company to answer questions, identify intentions, screen potential customers, check availability, and make appointments. The connected tools can also create or update CRM leads, initiate support tickets, arrange follow-ups, or transfer calls to human operators while preserving the context of the conversation.

Email inquiries don't have to stay in the inbox. EvaSpeaks can capture them as leads and send replies based on the company's own knowledge; if the inquiry contains a phone number, it can also be queued for a callback with context attached. Companies can choose to have team members approve the callback, or let AI make the call automatically on their behalf. The callback will follow the same "Do Not Call" and call time control rules as other outbound calls. Appointment confirmations and reminders can also be sent via text message.

EvaSpeaks CEO Kishore Pal stated: "Most companies don't have communication issues; what they lack is the ability to move things forward. When customers contact the companies, they are ready to take action, but the next steps are too slow to happen. EvaSpeaks connects the conversation with the work of pushing opportunities forward."

Each interaction generates a business record that includes the customer's intent, captured information, the outcome, and the status of the action. The team can see which conversations led to leads, appointments, upgraded handling, or follow-up actions, without having to reconstruct the entire process from scattered notes.

Enterprises can configure EvaSpeaks according to their own operational methods. They can add knowledge from websites and documents, define filtering and escalation rules, connect calendars with customer systems, and control which operations agents can perform. Agents and activities are all managed within a single workspace.

Enterprises can create a EvaSpeaks account and begin building proxies.

SEC or investors who are allowed to pass the exam may enter the private equity market. The rules might look something like this.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced a package of proposed rules and regulatory actions on Wednesday, aiming to make it easier for more people to invest in private equity, private credit, and other private market funds. One of the proposals is to add a new pathway to become a "qualified investor" by passing an exam. This exam will be designed by the U.S. Financial Regulatory Agency FINRA and will be open to individuals 18 years of age and older. The cost is expected to be similar to that of the existing SIE exam.
