Tampa, Florida, October 8, 2026 ( GLOBE NEWSWIRE )– Global cybersecurity software provider CyberFOX ® announced today that it has acquired Optimize365. CyberFOX is committed to helping IT teams control access, protect credentials, and ensure connection security. This acquisition will continuously enhance the 365-day tenant monitoring and reinforcement capabilities of Microsoft, adding to its existing product portfolio, which already includes privileged access management ( PAM ), password management, AI-powered DNS filtering, and zero-trust network access ( ZTNA ).

Teams in various industries that use IT need to provide security guarantees for rapidly expanding platforms and diverse technology stacks under the constraints of limited budgets and resources. The Microsoft 365 environment adds an extra layer of complexity, with its configurations, permissions, and security settings potentially changing rapidly over time. If not managed carefully, this can pose risks. After acquiring Optimize365, CyberFOX stated that their ability to help IT teams identify and resolve these risks in both terminal and cloud environments will be enhanced.

CyberFOX CEO David Bellini stated: "The scope of access attacks faced by the IT team is becoming increasingly complex, extending from endpoints and identities to Microsoft 365 and broader environments. Our goal is to provide them with a comprehensive security platform that protects the entire scope of access attacks without adding further complexity."

What does this acquisition mean for customers?

  • More comprehensive coverage of attack surfaces: Expands the protection scope from endpoints, privileged access, credentials, and Web traffic to a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Reduce the 365 security burden of Microsoft: Continuously identify configuration drifts, prioritize handling high-risk changes, and automate repairs, so that the IT team does not have to manually monitor all matters.
  • Manage security through a product portfolio: Integrate complementary terminal, identity, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 security capabilities under the same supplier.

CyberFOX Chief Revenue Officer Adam Slutskin stated: " Optimize365 has expanded the capabilities that CyberFOX can provide to these teams, enabling them to obtain a more comprehensive security solution without having to manage another complex platform. This is a natural extension of our mission, which is to provide streamlined IT teams with the tools they need to stay ahead of threats."

ShowTech Solutions Chief Operating Officer Charles Love stated: "Cybersecurity is not just about building walls; it's more about accurately identifying vulnerabilities before others do. With the help of Optimize365, our team can monitor configuration drifts in customer environments in real time and catch those small gaps that often evolve into major vulnerabilities. It has helped us shift from a passive firefighting approach to an active defense strategy, and this transformation has become a key change in the way we ShowTech Solutions protect customer data."

Optimize365 will continue to operate under the Optimize365 brand within the CyberFOX product portfolio in the near term. The services, support, or contracts of existing Optimize365 partners and customers will not be affected. CyberFOX plans to integrate Optimize365 into its partner program and product roadmap over the next few quarters.

This acquisition follows closely on the company's receipt of a nine-figure growth investment led by Level Equity and Radian Capital in February 2026, and also comes after its acquisition of Timus Networks, a supplier of SASE, in June 2026.
