Arizona region MLS brokers can access HouseCanary's Google property listing display program

This plan allows participating brokerage companies to display real-time property information for MLS in the searches on Google.

San Francisco, October 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — HouseCanary, a platform that provides real estate intelligence and valuation services for financial institutions and real estate professionals, announced that the company has signed a data agreement with Arizona Regional MLS in accordance with Google Listings Program (the Google property listing program). Arizona Regional MLS serves over 38,000 subscribed users in most areas of Arizona. Under this agreement, the active properties of ARMLS brokerage companies that choose to participate will be eligible to appear in Google searches.

HouseCanary indicates that when consumers search for properties on their mobile phones within the ARMLS market area, the properties listed by participating brokerage companies can appear in the carousel at the top of the Google search results. Each property listing will display the name of the listing broker, the brokerage company they belong to, as well as contact information, along with details about the property. These property listings will be displayed in accordance with the ARMLS rules. Brokerage companies and brokers do not need to pay any fees to participate, and brokers will not be charged for potential client leads.

"We created this project to give MLS properties, as well as the brokerage companies and agents behind them, the maximum exposure possible, and ARMLS is precisely the type of market that this project is aimed at," said Chris Rediger, the CEO of HouseCanary. "When buyers in Arizona search for homes on their phones, they should see property information provided by the participating brokers, and this information should be consistent with what is displayed on MLS, while also showing the brokerage companies and agents representing those properties."

HouseCanary indicates that Google Listings Program was launched at the beginning of 2026 and will be expanded to the entire United States this fall. The purpose of this project is to ensure that MLS property listings appear in front of homebuyers as soon as they start their search. ARMLS has joined the ranks of participants in this project, with other participants including Bright MLS, CRMLS, My State MLS, Permian Basin (Texas), MLS, REcolorado, and San Diego MLS. The article points out that record corporate profits do not necessarily mean rising stock prices; when investors' expectations for future growth cool down and valuation multiples shrink, even with substantial increases in earnings, stock prices may still fall. Rising interest rates and higher yields on government bonds can also push down the valuations of companies in technology and other sectors that rely on future growth.
