Since its establishment, the issuer has maintained a record of paying interest and principal 100% on time and in full, and this issuance allows us to continue to provide the necessary secured and flexible loans to small and medium-sized enterprises in the UK ('SMEs') and other businesses, while offering investors a predictable and disciplined fixed-income path."
The Director of Consulting and Financing at Allia C, Henrietta Podd, stated: "For investors who wish to lock in the current interest rates, the second phase of bond issuance by Secured Fixed Income plc provides an attractive three-year opportunity.
