There are three communities with Lindy that ranked first in all three categories, earning the highest honor of Trilogy Award for this project: located at King of Prussia, which is the 251st DeKalb; these communities have received this honor for the fourth consecutive year; also, there are those located at Wyncote Towers at Wyncote; and those located at Warrington The Park at Westminster. Additionally, 5 other communities received Dual Distinction Award for ranking first in two categories.

Lindy Communities, the Senior Vice President of Operations, and Brett Goldenhorn stated: "There are three Trilogy winners in each group, plus so many other award-winning communities, which fully reflects the work that is taking place across our entire asset portfolio. These awards represent the dedication, collaboration, and pride that our team puts in every day for the communities and their residents."

The winners of Keystone Award are selected by independent mystery visitors, with evaluations coming from potential residents. Each community is scored on a 594-point scale, covering aspects such as rental experience, maintenance standards, and street scene attractiveness, and comparisons are only made with communities of similar size, age, type, and rent. Property awards are presented by region; the communities participating in Lindy compete in the Philadelphia regional selection organized by the association.

U.S. social security benefits may be cut by 22% by 2032 – and one solution would see a 40% increase in payroll taxes for millennials and Gen Z
The U.S. Social Security Administration announced that the cost of living would be adjusted by 3.6% in 2027, and approximately 72 million beneficiaries will receive higher monthly payments starting next year. However, a more significant issue is that the main social security trust fund is expected to be depleted by 2032. By then, if there are no legislative or revenue-increasing measures, benefits scheduled to be paid may be automatically cut by 22%. The article also states that if the gap is to be filled solely by raising payroll taxes, the tax rate would need to increase from the current 12.4% to 17.3%.
