According to the subscription agreement, a subsidiary of Antalpha will subscribe for 952,381 newly issued Class B ordinary shares of Aurelion at a price of $2.10 per share. The proceeds will be used for working capital and operating expenses. Aurelion stated that this investment reflects Antalpha's continued support in the company's advancement of its digital gold strategy and in the development of technology and risk management infrastructure surrounding tokenized gold.

Since the establishment of the digital gold vault, Aurelion has continued to develop its business around tokenized gold, with a focus on risk management, technical infrastructure, and promoting more efficient use of blockchain-based gold at the institutional level. The company states that its goal is to combine the characteristics of physical gold with blockchain technology to support new applications and opportunities in the digital asset ecosystem.
