Z Squared Inc (Nasdaq ticker: ZSQR) announced on Friday that it has begun site selection planning and preliminary engineering design for its Union County campus located in Eldorado, Arkansas. The company has also hired A2 Advisors to provide advice on campus development, project delivery, coordination with suppliers and partners, as well as customer leasing strategies.
Z Squared indicates that the park was acquired through the purchases of Paradox Data and LLC. This transaction was completed on September 8, 2026. The company stated that the site is now powered on, and according to the current electricity service arrangements, the available public utility power is approximately 8 megawatts.
The company stated that the site planning will provide specific development proposals, covering layout, power supply and cooling, building footprint, as well as phased construction. Z Squared These proposals are designed to meet the industry-leading technical requirements of the latest AI infrastructure platform. The company mentioned that this information comes from multiple potential tenants and plans to evaluate the specific configurations in order to maximize the efficiency of the park.
"Electricity is the most difficult resource to secure among AI infrastructure components, and our Union County campus already meets this requirement," said Z Squared CEO David Halabu. "Our current task is to convert this electricity into capacity that tenants can use. We are designing the campus around the needs of potential tenants, and A2 Advisors brings development experience and rental execution discipline, driving these discussions forward."
“Union County is a strategically important location that can provide large-scale AI infrastructure capacity,” said A2 Advisors founder and CEO Andrew Albrecht. “Our focus is on matching this capacity with industry needs.”
The company stated that in the long term, its development plan aims for a maximum ready capacity of approximately 150 megawatts for AI. Apart from the existing 8 megawatts, the remaining capacity is part of the development goal and has not yet been contracted, energized, or delivered. Achieving this goal depends on additional power supply arrangements, tenant commitments, financing, licensing, and construction.
