Four dedicated agents will integrate the brief requirements throughout the application development and testing processes, with built-in backend services and hosting capabilities.

Noida, India, November 3, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Appy Pie Today, we announce the launch of our Agentic AI App Builder, which integrates four specialized AI agents for planning, designing, building, and testing iOS and Android applications. Users simply need to describe what they want, approve the development plan, and continuously improve the application through dialogue. The system also comes with built-in backend services, databases, user accounts, and hosting capabilities.

This new builder is an extension of the existing AI application creation platform from Appy Pie. It incorporates specialized planning, design, building, and testing agents. It integrates the development workflow with the services required to run applications in the same environment, reducing the setup required to turn an idea into a functional product.

Appy Pie Founder and CEO Abhinav Girdhar stated: "This is the biggest product announcement we have made in over a decade. We hope that business owners will only need to explain an idea, and a AI team can help turn it into an application. Users set the direction and approve the plan. Our agents are responsible for design, development, and testing, and the infrastructure is already in place."

Four proxies under user guidance

Users can initiate the process through a written or verbal request, attaching documents or screenshots as background information. A request such as "Build a CRM for my sales team, including customer records, sales pipelines, and personal logins" will trigger a coordination workflow.

  • The planning agent will raise clarifying questions and suggest features, interfaces, and data structures. Users must approve the plan before starting the construction process.
  • The design agency will create the interface, layout, and color scheme; if logo or a website is provided, it will also be used as a reference for the brand.
  • Building a proxy will use React Native to generate applications for iOS and Android, and connect them to the built-in backend, database, and user accounts.
  • The test proxy will run automated checks and fix any issues found before presenting a preview to the user.

Users can preview the application on their phones via QR codes and make modification requests in plain language, such as "add an income chart to the dashboard." This builder also supports exporting the generated application code.

Built-in infrastructure and connection tools

This builder supports a variety of projects ranging from CRM, customer portals, and management backends to online stores, community applications, media services, and 2D games. The supported features include push notifications, managed checkout processes, media content, and web-based management panels.

Appy Pie is responsible for managing the integrated backend, database, authentication, and hosting services. Users can start using them without having to set up a separate infrastructure account first, and teams that are already using Firebase or Supabase can also connect to these services.

The platform also supports integration through workflows of Claude and Claude Code, as well as over 60 integrations implemented via Model Context Protocol (and MCP). MCP is an open standard used to connect AI tools with other software. Connections established through the workflow automation platform Appy Pie and Flozic can extend applications into existing enterprise processes.
