Yealink successfully held Workplace Forward Summit in Munich BMW Welt, bringing together 400 industry leaders, technical experts, corporate clients, and channel partners from global collaboration ecosystems. Representatives from leading technology companies such as Microsoft and Qualcomm, representatives from industry organizations like AVIXA, analysts from Frost & Sullivan, as well as leading system integrators, attended the event to discuss the future of office work.

With the theme of "Driving Innovation through Trust," Yealink showcased its one-stop solution: integrating AI drive solutions that cover various office scenarios, and providing a simple and unified experience in terms of design, management, and service. Looking to the future, Yealink believes that AI agents will reshape the entire lifecycle workflow of meeting rooms – from design and deployment to daily use and ongoing maintenance. By introducing AI intelligence at every stage, Yealink hopes that even as spaces become more complex, the office environment can be made easier to set up, operate, and maintain.

Different perspectives, a shared vision

The summit brought together experts from all corners of the ecosystem. Frost and Sullivan's Roopam Jain pointed out during the opening discussion that office priorities are shifting: from "occupancy rate" to "workplace efficiency," which has become the new benchmark for performance measurement. She mentioned that video equipment in meeting rooms has increased by about 15% in the first half of this year, indicating that the market has regained momentum, and identified three key pillars for shaping the future of offices: smart spaces, scalable simplicity, and trust.

Promoting innovation. Focusing on three aspects: platform, hardware, and chips, Microsoft discussed the "new work system," Yealink introduced its one-stop solution, and AI outlined its forward-looking strategy. Qualcomm emphasized how the device side AI can advance cameras from "capturing" to "understanding." These perspectives were ultimately brought together in an innovation roundtable discussion, where industry experts explored how AI can shape the future of intelligent office work with the support of integrated platforms and devices.

Building trust. The discussion examines trust from perspectives such as security, AI adoption, and industry collaboration. Prof. Dr. Dennis - Kenji Kipker outlines four key levels of enterprise AI security, while AVIXA emphasizes that transparency, human control, and measurable value are key to credible AI adoption. The Trust Forward-looking Roundtable further emphasizes that trust must be established through secure design, reliable performance, and responsible industry partnerships.

One-stop solution

Yealink embodies its one-stop solution through “One Coverage” and “One Experience”: the former covers a variety of office scenarios with the AI drive solution, while the latter provides unified design, management, and services. The on-site demonstration showcased voice solutions for meeting rooms, Pro AV, SIP telephones, headsets, and public areas, as well as unified management and forward-looking AI capabilities.

On the occasion of the company's 25th anniversary, this summit also marks another milestone in the interaction between Yealink and its ecosystem. Over the past five years, Yealink has achieved a compound annual revenue growth rate of over 19%, which is four times the market average, and has further solidified its role in shaping the industry.

Goldman Sachs says the "blue tsunami" in the United States will have a significant impact on the regulation of AI
Goldman Sachs says the results of the U.S. midterms are a "blue tsunami" that could have a significant impact on artificial intelligence and data center regulation. Strategists suggest that Democrats may seek policy concessions amid the approaching fiscal deadline, including limiting the Iran war, repealing some tariffs, and reversing recent spending cuts; at the same time, Democratic victories at the state and local levels could also have a negative impact on some U.S. utility companies and independent power producers.
