Global commercial robotics supplier Pudu Robotics showcased all six of its product lines for the first time at the inaugural European Partners Summit held in Amsterdam on the 5th.
At the event titled “AI in Action : Scaling Impact Across Europe — Together”, Pudu first introduced its “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” strategy and showcased a complete product ecosystem that encompasses six product lines.

"The next phase of growth depends not only on the improvement of robot capabilities but also on how to make robots more easily deployable, more adaptable, and economically viable in large-scale applications," said Felix Zhang, founder and CEO of Pudu Robotics. "Through our 'One Brain Multiple Embodiments' strategy, we are establishing a common technical foundation for different forms of robots—from dedicated service robots to semi-humanoid and humanoid robots. By combining reusable AI capabilities with specially designed hardware, we aim to accelerate innovation, improve R&D efficiency, and bring robots into more practical application scenarios."
Highlighting the robot product portfolio around the strategies of “One Brain” and “Multiple Embodiments”
At the summit, Pudu showcased its complete product ecosystem for the first time. This ecosystem is built around the strategy of “One Brain and Multiple Embodiments” and encompasses six product lines: service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery, general embodied intelligence, commercial lawn mowing, and home lawn care. The home lawn care product line includes the PUDU TOMO S series, which is the company’s first consumer-grade robot product, as announced on November 3rd. The debut of Pudu’s complete product ecosystem marks the company’s expansion of application scenarios to a wider range of areas – from indoor to outdoor, from commercial to household use.
"Under the ' One Brain , Multiple Embodiments ' strategy, we will continue to invest in foundational technologies, including hardware, operating systems, and embodied foundational models," said Zhang.
The core of this strategy is a shared technical architecture designed to support different forms of robots. Based on Pudu's proprietary technology, which includes the embodied base model PuduFM and the embodied AI intelligent agent platform PuduAgent OS, this architecture enables the reuse of AI capabilities, software modules, and skills across different robot platforms. At the same time, the hardware and motion control systems can still be optimized for specific tasks. By sharing underlying technologies across various robot forms, this strategy helps to shorten the development, deployment, and time-to-market cycles, reduce costs, facilitate the entry of robots into more industries, and make it easier for customers to adopt them.
Strong European business: average annual growth of 60%, covering more than 20 countries
The Pudu Robotics 2026 European Partners Summit is the company's first major strategic brand event held in Europe. Pudu Choosing Amsterdam to launch its global strategy “One Brain Multiple Embodiments” reflects that Europe is a key market for the company's next phase of strategic growth.
Pudu has already launched its business in over 20 European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Poland. The company's clients cover various European industries such as retail, catering, hospitality, healthcare, and transportation, including EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Denner, Marriott, Van, der, Valk, Pizza Hut, Intermarch, as well as Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
Accompanying business expansion has been strong growth. Over the past two years, Pudu's revenue in Europe has grown by more than 60% on average each year, reflecting the company's strong momentum across the region.
Pudu continues to strengthen its local presence to support further expansion. On October 30th, the company announced the establishment of a European headquarters in Germany. This multifunctional regional hub integrates offices, exhibition halls, warehouses, training rooms, sales, customer service, and maintenance services in one location, thereby enhancing Pudu's ability to provide localized support, improving customer service response times, and enabling closer collaboration with distribution partners and customers across Europe.
Pudu Robotics Expands to All Application Scenarios
Currently, the technology of Pudu has been applied in 16 industries and over 900 use cases, reflecting the breadth of environments covered by the company's robotics solutions. At the summit, the complete product portfolio of Pudu was showcased, demonstrating its innovative applications across various scenarios. The robots on display included:
- BellaBot Pro — An upgraded delivery and interactive service robot featuring multimodal interaction, enhanced mobility, and a "Omni-Sense" security system. With a ground clearance of 65 centimeters, it is designed to adapt to narrow and complex commercial environments while providing an attractive service experience.
- PUDU CC1 Pro — A commercial AI drive four-in-one cleaning robot that combines sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dust removal in one. Its AI capabilities include real-time cleaning effect recognition and targeted stain cleaning, which helps to achieve more precise and efficient cleaning operations.
- PUDU MP2000 —— AI Autonomous pallet handling robot with a load capacity of 2,000 kilograms. With AI cargo recognition, adaptive fork alignment, and a 20-second fork insertion operation, it is designed to simplify pallet transportation in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics environments.
